  • Normal hours of coverage are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.
  • Response time 24hrs or less
  • After hours support available on a prescheduled basis.

Software Services

  • Software updates include minor and maintenance releases as software updates. Excludes new features and functionality. All updates are delivered on the latest rev of software.
